The meeting is open to the public, but public comment on an agenda items is by Board invitation only.

Board meetings are meetings in which Board members meet to discuss the agenda for the upcoming General Meeting, conduct informal communications with each other and ask questions they may have for Board members/Chairs before taking action on agenda items at upcoming meetings. The Board typically asks community members observing the Board meetings to hold agenda comments and questions for the general meeting.

NOTE: The door at Reedway Place Community Room locks, so if you arrive late, just knock and we will let you in.

LNA Board Vacancy: At-Large Position

The Lents Neighborhood Association is looking to fill a vacant At-Large Board member position immediately.

At-Large Board members are required to attend our two monthly meetings: a Board meeting on the second Thursday and a General Membership meeting on the fourth Tuesday of every month. Additionally, At-Large Board members might choose to be be involved with one of our committees or participate in our other activities and events.

The vacancy will be filled by appointment made by the Board, by a majority vote by board members present at a board meeting, subject to ratification by a majority vote of the general membership present at the next regularly called general membership meeting.
