Board Composition for 2017-18 – determine the number of At-Large Members to be elected at the September General Meeting

Transfer of Funds to EPN account for Summer Events/Clean-up – Since we aren’t spending down funding for the Founders Fair, discuss moving some funds to the Summer Events and Clean-up accounts designated for LNA at EPN to ensure they are available during the next year and dedicated to these purposes.

Establishment of LNA Listserv for individuals who wish to receive announcements and event information by email
